In Milan there are three airports. Now let's explain how to reach Pavia from each of them
1) FROM MALPENSA
you have to reach the Milano’s Main Station (called MILANO CENTRALE) and then take regional train (4 €) to Pavia. Normally the train is at platform 23, the ticket office is at floor -1.
From the airport to Milano Centrale you can take the train Malpensa Express (13 € one way, http://www.malpensaexpress.it/it/malpensa-express/home.aspx) or buses of company AUTOSTRADALE (green and white) or ORIO SHUTTLE (red) (5-7 € one way) (time of travel ≈ 100 min.)
2) FROM LINATE
there is a bus from the airport to the Pavia’s railway station. At this link you can see timetable and price ( 17 € one way), unfurtunately is only in Italian. (time of travel ≈ 40 min.)

3) FROM ORIO AL SERIO/BERGAMO
